| | | The Gold Crown Foundation is proposing to construct an 83,000 square foot indoor field house on 18.6 acres located within the Dawson Trails Planned Development, Planning Area PL1.07. The facility will be constructed in phases. Phase 1 is to include eight basketball courts and sixteen volleyball courts. Phase 2 is planned to add two additional basketball courts and four more volleyball courts. The facility will also include two outdoor flag football fields, onsite detention and surface parking lots. The property is in Councilmember Dietz's district. |
