The site plan proposes a 160,000 square foot retail warehouse, 886 parking spaces and a 12,000 square foot fueling station with 16 fuel pumps. Vehicle stacking space will accommodate 45 vehicles waiting to drive into the fuel pumps. Loading docks are located on the east side of the building, screened from the interstate by an 8-foot high screen wall and landscaping. The site will be accessed from Dawson Trails Boulevard on the west, Ike Drive on the east and via two access drives intersecting Costco Way to the north. All onsite and surrounding drainage, utility and roadway infrastructure will be constructed concurrent with development of the site. The property is within Councilmember Dietz' district. |
