| | | DHM Design, on behalf of the Town of Castle Rock has submitted a Construction Document land use application to improve the existing Plum Creek South Park, which is located at 3517 Mount Royal Dr. The improvements include realignment of concrete walk, additional concrete walks and trails to provide ADA compliance, crusher fines trail in previous concrete walk location, replacement of existing playground equipment, new custom shade structure and shade sail, additional evergreen trees and replacement of native seed in disturbed areas, additional seating areas, and landscape boulders throughout the park. |
