| | | Wellspring Community has acquired a 2.7 acre property located at 498 E. Wolfensberger Road, Castle Rock, CO. Wellspring is proposing to annex the property into the Town of Castle Rock and zone it as Planned Development (PD) to allow for up to 36 multi-family units with 50% being restricted to residents with developmental disabilities (IDD) and the remainder for lease at market rates. Commercial, church, general office and educational uses are not being proposed. The property is currently zoned Agricultural One (A-1) in Douglas County. |
