| | | Staff received a pre-application meeting request seeking information on application and submittal requirements to construct two modular classroom buildings at World Compass Academy to serve a growing student population. The classrooms are proposed at 980 square feet and 1,038 square feet set at ground level with exterior stucco walls that match the existing building. The classrooms would contain a fire sprinkler system but no bathrooms or drinking fountains (students would use the adjacent building). The proposed project is located southeast of the intersection of Interstate 25 Frontage Road and South Perry Street. |
