| | Alexander Place Investors, LLC, is proposing a PDP Amendment which incorporates the existing Alexander Place PDP combined with the existing Cooper-Hook PD-Integrated Business PDP into an overall 15.512 cohesive - Planned Development Plan (PDP).
The PDP will rezone 7.142 acres currently zoned for commercial and business uses as part of the Cooper-Hook PDP; and the 8.37- acre Alexander Place PDP which is currently zoned a for 125 units including 26 single or paired cottages, 63- 55+ apartments and 36 assisted living, regular or memory care units.
The applicant is proposing to rezone the vacant land through a PDP Amendment, as stated above, for 50 single family homes. The proposed project is located east of the intersection of Alexander Place and Montana Vista Way. |
