The proposal includes a maximum of 1,800 mixed residential units, to include single family and multifamily, as well as commercial uses to include a hotel/resort with up to approximately 225 rooms, and other business and industrial uses. The applicant has also proposed reserving one third of the property for parks and open spaces. The proposed project is located on both the east and west sides of I-25, west of Founders Parkway. |
