| | | Staff received a pre-application meeting request seeking information on the application and submittal requirements for the proposed New Horizon Academy daycare at Dawson Trails. The proposed project site is 1.4 acres and includes a single-story, 13,000 square foot building with a fenced playground. New Horizon Academy proposes to serve 178 children supervised by 24 staff. The proposed project is located in between Dawson Trails Boulevard to the east and under construction Pat Haven Street to the west. |
