The project includes a 11,370 square foot building, with 10,800 SF of secure playgrounds, 29 parking spaces, and retaining wall along the north and east portions of the property and detention to the south of the parking lot. The proposed project is located southeast of the intersection of Front Street and Black Feather Trail. |
