The proposed expansion would replace the existing surface parking with a new central courtyard to improve the visitor experience, while adding 5,000 square feet of additional hotel space. The proposal would add 5 to 10 new rooms, increase street presence by introducing a café/ coffee bar by day and a bar/ lounge by evening, and relocating signage to the Wilcox St. side. The proposed project is located north of the intersection of Briscoe Street and South Wilcox Street. |
