| | | ACM Dawson Trails VIII JV LLC (ACM Dawson Trails) has proposed a major amendment to the Dawson Trail Planned Development (PD) Plan and Zoning Regulations. The purpose of the amendment is to zone the parcels included in the Territorial Road Annexation, to reconfigure an open planning area, to add a requirement for four, 1-acre private parks within specific planning areas, and to clarify the uses allowed in Planning Areas PL-1 and PL-2. This project is in Councilmember Dietz’ district. |
