Annexation will give the Town zoning, code enforcement and law enforcement jurisdiction over the properties. This action is part of broader initiative to annex and zone eligible Town-owned properties. The parcels are proposed to be zoned as Public Land. The Founders Corner properties are located adjacent to Founders Parkway, north of Crimson Sky Drive. The properties are adjacent to Council member Cavey's district. |
