| | | The Town proposes to annex the property south of Pawnee Trail and west of the Maher Ranch Planned Development. The 1.46 acre property is owned by the Town and is the location of a Town operated water tank. This annexation is part of a broader Town initiative to annex all Town-owned properties eligible for annexation. The property will be zoned PL-1 to allow for the continued public facility use. The property is adjacent to Councilmember Laura Cavey's district. |
