The existing building area will remain unchanged at approximately 136,643 square feet, and no expansion of the existing building footprint is proposed as part of this request. The proposed improvements include restriping, revised pavement markings, directional signage modifications associated with the pickup area, and the installation of one additional light pole to support safe and efficient circulation within the site. Existing vehicular access points to the site will remain unchanged, and the overall site circulation pattern will continue to function in a manner consistent with the existing commercial development.
There are no proposed changes to landscaping, irrigation, grading, drainage, water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility systems. |
