| | | Staff received a pre application meeting request seeking information on application and submittal requirements to a proposed update to the Timber Canyon HOA entrance monuments. The proposed project includes reconstruction of the Island Hut, updated water efficient native landscaping, and installation of new 7-foot perimeter walls 80-feet-long on the west side and 60-feet-long on the east sides of the entry which are under a stop work order. The proposed project is located at the intersection of Knobcone Drive and North Crowfoot Valley Road. |
