| | | Staff received a pre-application meeting request seeking information on application and submittal requirements for a Galloway & Company proposed development to subdivide approximately 5.14 acres within the Dawson Trails PD (East Character Area, Planning Area E 1) into six commercial lots and one tract reserved for stormwater detention. The proposed commercial lot sizes range from about 0.55 to 1.32 acres and access is via an extension of the existing roundabout looping a private road behind the property and a mid block right in/right out on Dawson Trails Boulevard. The proposed project is located North of Crystal Valley Parkway and in between Clarkes Circle and Interstate 25 west to east. |
