| | | Staff received a pre application meeting request seeking information on application and submittal requirements for a proposed parking lot development at 404 Perry Street. It is proposed that the existing structures be demolished and the lot turned into a paved 40-space parking lot with pay kiosk, a small shed, and landscaped buffers. The parking lot would serve The Courtyard at Castle Rock businesses (333-399 Perry St) as well as provide public parking. The proposed project is located at 404 Perry Street. |
