The proposed 3.1± acre project site will utilize the existing shared vehicular access point with the Church of Latter Day Saints to the north and will incorporate necessary utility and drainage improvements. The site was previously approved for an SDP featuring a daycare center, known as The Learning Experience, along with a future office/retail building. The proposed project is located south of the intersection of Painthorse Drive and Meadows Boulevard. |
