The proposed site layout is designed to improve traffic flow by eliminating the need for vehicles to circle the building twice through the drive thru. Screening for the drive thru menu boards and speakers is incorporated through strategic building placement and landscaping. The proposed project is located southeast of the proposed King Soopers, and northeast of the intersection of Quandary Peak Drive and Dawson Trails Boulevard. |
