The proposed overflow lot will exclusively showcase customer-facing, sale-ready inventory for up to approximately two hundred vehicles. This is a natural extension of the existing dealership operations and addresses the continued residential and commercial growth of the Town of Castle Rock. The proposed project is located southeast of the intersection of Brookside Circle and South Wilcox Street. |
