CORE Consultants on behalf of ACM Dawson Trails VII JV, LLC a Construction Document land use application for the proposed 17,650 +/- linear feet of offsite Sanitary Sewer, which will tie into an existing sanitary sewer main located in Plum Creek Pkwy, and will run south along the western property boundary of the existing BNSF Railroad until a point just north of North Dawson Tributary. There are no other infrastructure improvements proposed with this project. The project conforms to Town standards. |
