| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The Town of Castle Rock is proposing to annex a 0.40 acre parcel that is located west of Castle Oaks Drive, east of Autumn Sage Street and south of Desert Ridge Circle. The proposal is part of a larger initiative to annex eligible Town-owned parcels for consistent application of the Municipal Code and provision of law enforcement services. The property will be zoned as passive open space under the straight-zone district, Public Land - 1, and will be assimilated into the adjacent 72 acre open space tract that extends throughout the Terrain subdivision. The parcel is located in Councilmember Laura Cavey's district. |
